3.6 Device ID and Revision ID
The 16-bit device ID word is located at 3F FFFEh and
the 16-bit revision ID is located at 3F FFFCh. These
locations are read-only and cannot be erased or
modified.
Development tools, such as device programmers and
debuggers, may be used to read the Device ID,
Revision ID and Configuration Words. Refer to 11.0
“Nonvolatile Memory (NVM) Control” for more
information on accessing these locations.
