Power supply
Power supply pins. Connect all these pins
to the system power supply. The chip
does not operate normally when some of
these pins are open.
Ground
Ground pins. Connect all these pins to the
system power supply (0 V). The chip does
not operate normally when some of these
pins are open.
Power supply
for internal
power-down
External capacitance pins for internal
power-down power supply. Connect this
pin to VSS via a 0.47 µF (–10%/+100%)
capacitor (placed close to the pin).
Power supply
for PLL
External capacitance pin for internal
power-down power supply for an on-chip
PLL oscillator. Connect this pin to
PLLVSS via a 0.47 µF (–10%/+100%)
capacitor (placed close to the pin).
Ground for
PLL
On-chip PLL oscillator ground pin.

External clock
