1. The CPUPWRGD, SERR#, PME#, PIRQ[A:H], GPIO[22], APIC[1:0], SMBDATA, SMBCLK and SMLINK[1:0]
signal has an open drain driver, and the VOH spec does not apply. This signal must have external pull up
resistor.
2. The condition for the Terminator High Voltage is ZPD = ZTARG(VccHI/VSWING – 1).
3. The condition for the Output High Voltage is ZPD = ZTARG.
