The default mode is that every packet that is directed to the BMC is not directed to host memory. The
BMC can also enable 82598EB to direct certain manageability packets to host memory by setting the
EN_MNG2HOST bit in the MANC register and then configuring 82598EB to send manageability packets
to the host according to their type by setting the corresponding bits in the manageability to host filter
(one bit per each of the seven decision rules).
The Mng2Host register has the following structure:
