Name and Function
SMBus Clock. One clock pulse is generated for each data bit transferred.
SMBus Data. Stable during the high period of the clock (unless it is a start or
stop condition).
SMBus Alert. Acts as an interrupt pin of a slave device on the SMBus.
Note: If the SMBus is disconnected, an external pull-up should be used for SMBCLK and SMBD pins.
For suggested pull-up resistor values, refer to Section 2.13.

Name and Function
NC-SI Reference Clock Input. Synchronous clock reference for receive,
transmit, and control interface. It is a 50 MHz clock/- 50 ppm.
CRS/DV. Carrier sense/receive data valid.
Receive Data. Data signals to the BMC.
Transmit Enable.
Transmit Data. Data signals from the BMC.
Note:
If NC-SI is disconnected, an external pull-up resistor should be connected to the
NCSI_TXD[1:0] and an external pull down resistor should be connected to the NCSI_CLK_IN
and NCSI_TX_EN pins. For suggested pull-up/pull-down values, refer to Section 2.13.
For more information on management interfaces, refer Section 5..
