PCIe Device Serial Number. This field contains the IEEE defined 64-bit EUI-64*. This
identifier includes a 24-bit company ID value assigned by IEEE registration authority and
a 40-bit extension identifier assigned by the manufacturer.
The serial number uses the MAC address according to the following definition:
