Watchdog Timer (WDT) (One Channel):
• Watchdog timer or interval timer
• Count overflow can generate an internal reset, external signal, or interrupt
Serial Communication Interface (SCI) (Two Channels):

• Can transmit and receive simultaneously (full duplex)

⎯ SH7017: 128 kbytes (flash ROM)
