23.2 Introduction
The MMC2107 is available in two types of packages:
1. 100-pin low-profile quad flat pack (LQFP) version supporting
single-chip mode of operation
2. 144-pin LQFP version supporting:
– Single-chip operation with extra general-purpose input/output
– Expanded master mode for interfacing to external memories
– Emulation mode for development and debug
