11.4.2.3 Port Pin Data/Set Data Registers
Reading a port pin data/set data register (PORTxP/SETx) returns the
current state of the port x pins.
Writing 1s to PORTxP/SETx sets the corresponding bits in PORTx.
Writing 0s has no effect.
PORTxP/SETx are read/write registers when not in emulation mode.
