22.3.5 AC Characteristic Test Conditions
The AC characteristic test conditions are as follows:
• Input/output signal reference level: 1.5 V (V_DDQ = 3.3 ±0.3 V)
• Input pulse level: V_SSQ–3.0 V (V_SSQ–V_DDQ for 5(6(7, 7567, NMI, and $6(%5./BRKACK)
• Input rise/fall time: 1 ns
The output load circuit is shown in figure 22.72.
