Selects whether pin P32/TXD3/IrTXD is used as P32 or
as TXD3/IrTXD.

Note: * Set the TE bit in SCR3 after setting this bit to 1.

TXD3/IrTXD Pin Output Data Inversion Switch
Specifies whether the logic level of output data of the
TXD3/IrTXD pin is to be inverted or not.
0: TXD3/IrTXD output data is not inverted
1: TXD3/IrTXD output data is inverted
