3.3.
Data Memory
The F1680 Series MCU does not use the eZ8 CPUâs 64 KB Data Memory address space.
3.4.
Flash Information Area
Table 7 describes the F1680 Series MCU Flash Information Area. This 512-byte
Information Area is accessed by setting bit 7 of the Flash Page Select Register to 1. When
access is enabled, the Flash Information Area is mapped into the Program Memory and
overlays the 512bytes at addresses FE00H to FFFFH. When the Information Area access is
enabled, all reads from these Program Memory addresses return theInformation Area data
rather than the Program Memory data. Access to the FlashInformation Area is read-only.
