Description
Temperature Sensor Calibration High Byte
Bits [7:3] of this register are not used. Bit 2 indicates whether the calibration data is
added to or subtracted from the measured ADC data. If bit 2 is 0, the calibration data is
added; if bit 2 is 1, the calibration data is subtracted.
Bits 1 and 0 are the High two bits of the 10-bit calibration data.
