software standby mode, hardware standby mode, and module standby mode.

22.1.1 Types of Power-Down Modes
This LSI has the following power-down modes.
• Sleep mode
• Software standby mode
• Deep software standby mode
• Module standby mode
• Hardware standby mode
Table 22.1 shows the methods to make a transition from the program execution state, as well as
the CPU and peripheral module states in each mode and the procedures for canceling each mode.
