[Operating Precautions]
1. When the A/D converter is not used, do not leave the AVCC, AVSS, AVrefh, and AVrefl pins
open.
2. The supply current is measured when VIH (Min.) = PVCC – 0.5 V, VIL (Max.) = 0.5 V, with
all output pins unloaded.
