Description
[Clearing conditions]
• Read ADF when ADF =1, then write 0 in ADF.
• DMAC activated by ADI interrupt.
[Setting conditions]
• Single mode: A/D conversion ends
• Scan mode: A/D conversion ends in all selected channels
