Name and Function
Power: For connection to the power supply.
Connect all VCC pins to the system power
supply.
Ground: For connection to ground (0 V).
Connect all VSS pins to the 0-V system power
supply.
For connection to a crystal resonator.

Generator.
For connection to a crystal resonator or input of
