If the load subsystem IDs in word 0x0A is set, this word is loaded to initialize the
subsystem ID. The default value is 0x0.

If the load subsystem IDs in word 0x0A is set, this word is loaded to initialize the
subsystem vendor ID. The default value is 0x8086.

the Wake Up Control register (WUC.APMPME).
