SIDL: Stop in Idle Mode bit
1 = DMA transfers are frozen during Sleep
0 = DMA transfers continue during Sleep
SUSPEND: DMA Suspend bit
1 = DMA transfers are suspended to allow CPU uninterrupted access to data bus
0 = DMA operates normally
