Transmit enable bit
Description
When 1, the function of USB is transmitting data
from external memory to USB host PC. When
‘0’, receiving data from USB host PC to external
memory; default = 0. Before setting this bit 1,
the user should program the DMAC to
transmitting channel. If it is 1, AMBA I/F
generate DMAC request signal for data
transmitting after checking if Tx FIFO’s status is
empty.
