signal is the same.
In case of an open drain output, reset time (T23) depends on external devices.

Function of DTACK is described logically as:
DTACK = (CS x DACK + RD x WR) x INTAi
INTAi is an internally generated signal. It is generated if the interrupt
acknowledge cycle is considered valid.
