Each PCR register is accessible via two channel addresses.
Each of the above bits is assigned to the corresponding Universal Port pin with the same
number (e.g. PCRA.0 to pin PA0). If bit PCRn (n = 0...7) is set to
0...pin Pn is defined as output.
1...pin Pn is defined as input.
Note: After RESET, all pins of the Universal Port are defined as inputs.
