• Input pulse level: V_SS to V_CC (RES, NMI, IRQ7 to IRQ0, MD5, MD3 to MD0, ASEMD,
TESTMD, HIFMD, TRST, and EXTAL), V_SS to 3.0 V (other pins)
• Input rising and falling times: 1 ns
