A/D converter. When the A/D
converter is not used, connect
this pin to the system power
supply.
Ground pin for the A/D
converter. Connect this pin to
the system power supply (0 V).
Power supply pin for the LCD
controller/driver.

This is the internal step-down
power supply pin. To ensure
stability, a capacitor with a rating
of about 0.1 µF should be
connected between this pin and
the V_SS pin.
These pins connect to a crystal
or ceramic resonator for system
clocks, or can be used to input
an external clock.
