Bus Frq = Memory Access(max) + CS Delay(max) + Data Setup(min)
==> Memory Access(max) = 125 - 32 -16
==> Maximum Memory Access Time = 77ns
Also, with an external memory access time of 120ns the
maximum bus speed (without WAIT States) is :-
Bus Frq = Memory Access(max) + CSDelay(max) + Data Setup(min)
==> Maximum Bus Frequency = 120 + 32+ 16
==> Maximum Bus Frequency = 168ns = 5.9MHz
