Since the Look-Up Table is bypassed in this mode, the LUT programming is unimportant. The gray
shades on the display are derived from the 4 most significant bits of the Green component of the
pixel data. Resulting in a maximum of 2⁴=16 colors.
16 bpp Gray Shade
