DESCRIPTION
Transmit ATM Cell Processor Block Enable:
This READ/WRITE bit-field permits the user to either enable or
disable the Transmit ATM Cell Processor block. If the user
wishes to operate a given Channel in the ATM Mode, then the
user must enable the Transmit ATM Cell Processor Block.
0 - Disables the Transmit ATM Cell Processor Block
1 - Enables the Transmit ATM Cell Processor Block
NOTE: The user must set this bit-field to "1" before the user
begins to write ATM cell data into the Transmit UTOPIA
Interface block.
