4.1 Description
Addresses are hexadecimal byte addresses in MCU address space, initial values are given as mnemonic or
hexadecimal, as appropriate. Bit slices are according to the word starting at address Addr. Registers marked
in Lock are read-only during DIR_MTimingOn set to 1.
