17. FLASH MEMORY VERSION
Transfer a low power dissipation mode program
to any area other the flash memory
Jump to the low power dissipation mode program
which has been transferred to any area other the
flash memory.
(The subsequent processing is executed by a
program in any area other than the flash memory.)

Set the FMR01 bit by writing “0” and then “1”
(CPU rewrite mode enabled)
Set FMSTP bit to “1”
(flash memory stopped. Low power state)(Note 1)
Switch the clock source for CPU clock.
Turn main clock off. (Note 2)
Process of low power dissipation mode
Turn main clock on wait until oscillation stabilizes
switch the clock source for CPU clock (Note 2)
Set the FMSTP bit to “0” (flash memory operation)
Write “0” to the FMR01 bit
(CPU rewrite mode disabled)
Wait until the flash memory circuit stabilizes (tps)
(Note 3)
Jump to a specified address in the flash memory
Note 1: Set the FMSTP bit to 1 after setting the FMR01 bit to “1”.
Note 2: Before the clock source for CPU clock can be changed to
main clock or sub clock, the clock to which to be changed
must be stable.
Note 3: Insert a tps wait time in a program. The flash memory
cannot be accessed during this wait time.
