SYSCR2 controls the functions of port 6 and the functions of some pins in port 9.
SYSCR2 is initialized to H'80 by a reset and in the hardware standby mode. It is not initialized in
the software standby mode.
Bit 7—Reserved: This bit cannot be modified and is always read as 1.
