CL is the total value including the capacitance of the testing jig. The settings for the different pins
are as follows.
30 pF: CK, CS0 to CS3
50 pF: A21 to A0, D7 to D0, RD, WRL
70 pF: Port output pins other than those listed above and peripheral module output pins.
I_OL, I_OH: Capacitance values are listed in section 19.2, DC Characteristics and table 19.3,
Permissible Output Current Values.
