Stratix II and Stratix II GX FPGAs support remote system upgrade in the
FPP, AS, PS, and PPA configuration schemes.
■ Serial configuration devices use the AS scheme to configure Stratix II
and Stratix II GX FPGAs.
■ A MAX II device (or microprocessor and flash configuration
schemes) uses FPP, PS, or PPA schemes to configure Stratix II and
Stratix II GX FPGAs.
■ Enhanced configuration devices use the FPP or PS configuration
schemes to configure Stratix II and Stratix II GX FPGAs.
