scaling factor.
An 8-bit value specifies the numerator part (M) of the vertical down-
scaling factor.
An 8-bit value specifies the numerator part (N) of the Horizontal
down-scaling factor.
An 8-bit value specifies the numerator part (M) of the Horizontal
down-scaling factor.
Up-Scaling or Down-Scaling, firmware can choose only one function of it. If both factor register is
configured, the behavior of LCD Controller is undefined.
