The MC68HC08AZ16 is a device similar to the MC68HC08AZ32, but
with 15,872 bytes of on-chip user ROM, and 512 bytes of RAM. The
entire MC68HC08AZ32 Data Book applies to the MC68HC08AZ16, with
the exceptions outlined in this appendix.
