cache read hit can occur, and the corresponding data/inst from the cache
goes to CPU. Similarly, a write hit can occur, and the corresponding data
write to cache follows.
So, after turn off the cache, user should flush all the cache lines
(preferably using codes in a non-cacheable area) if he/she wants to
get(put) data/inst from(to) main memory directly.
