7.2 External Signal Description
This section lists all inputs to the ATD10B16C block.
7.2.1 ANx (x = 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0) — Analog Input
Channel x Pins
This pin serves as the analog input channel x. It can also be configured as general-purpose digital input
and/or external trigger for the ATD conversion.
7.2.2 ETRIG — External Trigger Pins
This input can be configured to serve as an external trigger for the ATD conversion.
Refer to device specification for availability and connectivity of this pin.
7.2.3 VRH, VRL — High Reference Voltage Pin, Low Reference Voltage Pin
VRH is the high reference voltage, VRL is the low reference voltage for ATD conversion.
7.2.4 VDDA, VSSA — Analog Circuitry Power Supply Pins
These pins are the power supplies for the analog circuitry of the ATD10B16CV3 block.
