The bandgap reference voltage VBG and the output voltage of the temperature sensor VHT can be
connected to the ATD channel SPECIAL17 (see Table 9-15.) using the VSEL (Voltage Access Select Bit)
in CPMUHTCTL register (see Table 7-13.)
