● USB Setup Command Index and Value Registers (USCI and USCV)
When a Setup/Data packet is received over the USB, the 8 bytes of data received are
stored in a command buffer. The USB Setup Command Index Register (see Table 87)
determines which one of the eight bytes in the buffer is read using the USB Setup
Command Value Register (see Table 88).
