19.12 Mask ROM Version
19.12.1 Internal ROM area
When using the masked ROM version, write nothing to internal ROM area. Writing to the area may
increase power consumption.
19.12.2 Reserve bit
The b3 to b0 in address 0FFFFF16 are reserved bits. Set these bits to “11112”.
