Overview
The timer block consists of six channels of 16-bit general-purpose timers. They support periodic timer, PWM
pulse, one-shot timer, and capture mode. The 16-bit timer has the following features:
 16-bit up-counter
 Periodic timer mode
 One-shot timer mode
 PWM pulse mode
 Capture mode
 10-bit prescaler
 Synchronous start and clear function
