Introduction
Zilog’s Z32F0641 MCU, a member of the ZNEO32! Family of microcontrollers, is a cost-effective and high-
performance 32-bit microcontroller. The Z32F0641 MCU provides a 3-phase PWM generator unit which is
suitable for inverter bridges, including motor drive systems.
Two 12-bit high speed ADC units with 16-channel analog multiplexed inputs support feedback retrieval from
the inverter bridge. Multiple powerful external serial interfaces help communicate with on-board sensors and
devices.
Figure 1.1 shows a block diagram of the Z32F0641 MCU.
