9.9 Port D
9.9.1 Overview
Port D is an 8-bit I/O port. Port D has a data bus I/O function, and the pin functions change
according to the operating mode.
Port D has an on-chip MOS input pull-up function that can be controlled by software.
Figure 9-15 shows the port D pin configuration.
