Notes: 1. If the A/D and D/A converters are not used, do not leave the AVCC, Vref , and AVSS pins
open. Apply a voltage between 4.5 V and 5.5 V to the AVCC and Vref pins by connecting
them to VCC, for instance. Set Vref ⤠AVCC.
2. Current dissipation values are for VIH (min.) = VCC â 0.5 V, VIL (max.) = 0.5 V with all
output pins unloaded and the on-chip pull-up resistors in the off state.
3. The values are for VRAM ⤠VCC < 3.0 V, VIH (min.) = VCC à 0.9, and VIL (max.) = 0.3 V.
