Active High Signals
Active Low Signals
For all active High signals, the term asserted means the signal is
in the High-voltage state and the term negated means the signal
is in the Low-voltage state.
For all active Low signals, the term asserted means the signal is
in the Low-voltage state and the term negated means the signal
is in the High-voltage state.

Don’t care or bus is driven
Signal or bus is changing from Low to High
Signal or bus is changing from High to Low
Bus is changing
Bus is changing from valid to invalid
Signal or bus is floating
