Input rule of VINVSYNC
A VSYNCI signal is synchronizing with HSYNCI. Moreover, VSYNCI is sampled by HSYNCI , and it
considers as a VSYNC signal. Width is made into at least one line or more although a VSYNCI
signal does not need to synchronize with HSYNC at this time. The positive or negative of VSYNCI
is set to VSYNC by register setup(VP).
