Each of these read/write bits enables the corresponding keyboard interrupt pin to latch interrupt
requests. Reset clears the keyboard interrupt enable register.
1 = PDx pin enabled as keyboard interrupt pin
0 = PDx pin not enabled as keyboard interrupt pin
