This data field contains the read data resulting from a read MII management frame. RDATA is valid
only when MMCIF is set after a valid read frame operation.

OP — Operation Code
This field must be programmed to 10 to generate a valid read frame operation. See Section 11.4.6.2,
“Read Operation.” This field must be programmed to 01 to generate a valid write frame operation. See
Section 11.4.6.3, “Write Operation.” A programmed value of 00, 11, or any value programmed while
BUSY is set is ignored. While programming MCMST, the OP write is ignored if MDCSEL is a 0
value. This field always reads 00.
