Use the following formula to calculate the SCI baud rate:
Baud rate = -6---4C----G-_×----MP-----DX----C--_×--L--B--K---D---
PD = Prescale divisor (see Table 17-8)
BD = Baud rate divisor (see Table 17-9)
Table 17-10 shows the SCI baud rates that can be generated with a
4.194-MHz crystal.
