PMR1 is an 8-bit read/write register, controlling the selection of pin functions for port 1 pins.
Upon reset, PMR1 is initialized to H'04.
Bit 7 P1₇/IRQ₃/TRGV Pin Function Switch (IRQ3): This bit selects whether pin
P1₇/IRQ₃/TRGV is used as P1₇ or as IRQ₃/TRGV.
