rwh Timer/counter 2 External Flag
This bit is set by hardware when a capture/reload
occurred upon a negative transition at pin T2EX, if bit
EXEN=1. An interrupt request to the core is
generated, unless bit DCEN=1. This bit must be
cleared by software.

rw Timer/counter 2 Overflow Flag
Set by a timer/counter 2 overflow. Must be cleared
by software. TF2 will not be set when either RCLK=1
or TCLK=1.
